Hello dear friends!
We arrived in Swaziland around 4:00 pm and hit the ground running. The Clyburns walked us through a Cultural Orientation, minus what to do if we see a black mamba. I’m guessing you just have to run faster than the person behind you!
We’ve had a very long two days, but we are so excited for tomorrow morning to arrive that it’s going to be tough sleeping tonight! After dinner tonight, we spent time organizing things for the week – cards, name tags, backpacks etc. Those of you that have been here know what that’s like!
A few prayer requests:
There is a 60% chance of rain tomorrow. Please pray that this rain comes in the evening and not during the time at the care points.
The kids know we are coming so please pray that their hearts will be open and that we will be able share the love of Christ with each one of them.
Pray that the team remains healthy and rested. Everyone is well now and we pray that continues.
Know that we are praying for each of you and are so very thankful for your continued prayers and support. We will try to update on a daily basis and post as many pictures as we can. We miss you and please remember to leave us words of encouragement. You’ll never know how much that means to us. Love to each of you!
