The Land Named Raisin!

The Land Named Raisin!

Off we go to the land named raisin! Or at least that is what Izyum (Izium) means in Ukrainian.

On August 2nd, the Warren Mission Team to Ukraine will be traveling by plane, train and van to reach the people of Izyum who have shown Christ’s love to refugees. During our stay, we will be working with local medical groups and church members to provide relief for those in need. Many are in need of medical attention and that’s the need we have been called to fill.

As we go please be in prayer for the unity of our team, for spiritual growth, humble hearts, and for our love for Christ to shine in all we say and do. Pray that the Lord will begin to open the hearts of those who need to hear His Word before we arrive.

Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. – Ecc. 4:9

We are also asking for prayer for Ukraine, especially Izyum, and for those who work daily to help others and spread the love of Christ. May we pray for safety on this journey, for health, and for unity with those we will be meeting and working side by side with in Izyum.

Thank you for your prayers!

Continue Steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving. At the same time, pray also for us, that God may open to us a door for the word. Col 4: 2-3
